Wil Alexander Wholeness Series (SAHP)
The Wil Alexander Wholeness Series (WAWS) carries the name of one of Loma Linda University’s well-known and best-loved educators, Wil Alexander, PhD. Before Loma Linda University ever adopted the motto, “to make man whole,” Dr. Alexander’s vision for transforming lives at Loma Linda University was built on the philosophy of Whole Person Care. This series is dedicated to honoring his legacy by shedding light on topics of wholeness throughout the disciplines. WAWS workshops are held on specified Wednesdays, 5:00 p.m. – 5:50 p.m., in the Centennial Complex.
All students, faculty, and staff are invited; reservations for the complimentary meals following the workshops may be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday before the workshops. The series is sponsored by the Center for Spiritual Life and Wholeness, the LLU School of Allied Health Professions, the Loma Linda University Medical Center - East Campus hospital, and the LLU office of student affairs.
