Act of Kindness is a docudrama written by Gregory Ramos, In August of 2019, a man armed with an AK-47 rifle began firing at innocent victims in the parking lot and inside a Walmart store located in El Paso, TX. A total of 23 victims were lost in the massacre, and scores of others were injured. At its core, Acts of Kindness: The El Paso Play is an exploration of grief, survival, and hope. Co-produced by Dr. Kenneth R. Wright and Otinelis Iancu, and co-produced and directed by Brady Greer Huffman. Sponsored by the LLU Humanities Program.
